Mission

Creating a collaborative community that practice yoga and move with the goal of improving their health and functionality so they can live everyday doing what they want, when they want, how they want, for as long as possible

Vision

Provide live, live-streamed and recorded classes for individuals, small and large groups.

Base each unique class in yoga and yoga-related movement, with a focus on improving joint-range-of-motion and strength.

Assist clients in defining their goals and supporting them in the best way to achieve them
